Job Description
-Build and maintain Skeff Distributing product displays
-Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at each assigned account
-Install permanent new point of sale (POS) items in retail accounts
-Responsible for assisting in the daily upkeep of products in each assigned account
-Follow proper procedure for managing out of stocks at retail accounts
-Responsible for daily paperwork and the proper completion of all company documents

Minimum Qualifications:
-18 years of age
-Valid Driver's License
-Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job.
-Communication skills
-Basic math skills
-Possesses organizational and follow-through abilities
-Available and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
-Beverage industry experience
-Knowledge of basic Illinois Liquor Laws
-Knowledge of territory

Job Description
-Drive commercial delivery trucks, vans, and/or tractor-trailer combinations to deliver the product to retail accounts.
-Follow an outlined itinerary and be willing to work as a part of a team whose account types and delivery routes can change based on daily need
-Collect payments from accounts as needed
-Lift, Stack, and transport cases and kegs of beer of varying weights to accounts
-Build strong relationships with retailers by delivering products in a timely and efficient manner and rotating product as necessary to ensure freshness.
-Complete and submit all required paperwork, invoices, display forms, load sheets, and cash/checks within appropriate time frames.
-Manually load and unload product from side loader truck
-May be assigned to warehouse duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
-21 years of age
-Must have valid CDL A license
-Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job

Now Hiring for Night Shift Manager

Decatur, IL

General Duties:
-Manage out of stocks on orders, prioritizing accounts that are hardest to run beer back to
-Assign load sheets evenly to maintain an even balance between loaders
-Send midday and evening reports
-Send ASN and pre-delivery notices
-Stagger lunch breaks to ensure maximum productivity
-Ensure that pallets are Checked/Verified for accuracy on bulk trucks and side loaders before loading.
-Ensure that all orders are filled
-Ensure that damaged/broken cases are taken to the Breakage room and that trash is picked up off the floor before the end of each shift
-Check with oncoming Supervisor and update them on current events
-Communicate any employee issues to the Director of Operations.

Required Qualifications:
-21 years of age
-Must be willing to work nights
-Must be ready to lead 10 diverse people with respect to the company and employees needs
-College degree or 3-5 years of industry or management experience
-Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
-Proven customer service skills, organizational skills, and the ability to perform independently and collaboratively
-Ability to multitask and manage assigned projects and daily tasks in an environment with shifting priorities
-Ability to be flexible and accommodating to accomplish tasks when differences arise
-Ability to work well with others and show leadership skills by leading by example with teamwork

-Some College or higher level of training
-Beverage industry experience

Now Hiring for Seasonal Night Loader

Decatur, IL

General Duties:
- Retrieve pick sheets/load sheets per route
- Determine if any special instructions are on sheets
- Note any out of stocks or package changes and make notation on sheets
- Check code dates
- Check mark each package when putting on pallet or loading truck
- Wrap order when necessary
- Mark pallet with note pads, noting pallet number along with pallet count for pick sheet (1-5, 2-5, etc)
- Load trucks/secure dunnage
- Load draught (if ordered) on truck
- Load pallet jacks, handcarts and secure load lock
- Copy pick sheets and give to designated driver
- Stack empties
- Clean and straighten warehouse
- Place breakage in proper area
- Load misc inventory items as requested

Minimum Qualifications
