Driver Position
Decatur, IL 

Job Description:

  • Drive commercial delivery trucks, vans, and/or tractor-trailer combinations to deliver the product to retail accounts.
  • Follow an outlined itinerary and be willing to work as a part of a team whose account types and delivery routes can change based on daily need
  • Collect payments from accounts as needed
  • Lift, Stack, and transport cases and kegs of beer of varying weights to accounts
  • Build strong relationships with retailers by delivering products in a timely and efficient manner and rotating products as necessary to ensure freshness.
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork, invoices, display forms, load sheets, and cash/checks within appropriate time frames.
  • Manually load and unload product from side loader truck
  • May be assigned to warehouse duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid CDL A license
  • Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
  • Communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Possesses organizational and follow-through abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma
  • Beverage industry experience
  • Knowledge of basic Illinois Liquor Laws
  • Knowledge of territory
  • Knowledge of product portfolio

  • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday Shift, flexible shift start time

Night Shift Manager
Decatur, IL

Job Description

  •  Manage out of stocks on orders, prioritizing accounts that are hardest to run beer back to
  • Assign load sheets evenly to maintain an even balance between loaders
  • Send midday and evening reports
  • Send ASN and pre-delivery notices
  • Stagger lunch breaks to ensure maximum productivity
  • Ensure that pallets are Checked/Verified for accuracy on bulk trucks and side loaders before loading.
  • Ensure that all orders are filled
  • Ensure that damaged/broken cases are taken to the Breakage room and that trash is picked up off the floor before the end of each shift
  • Check with the oncoming Supervisor and update them on current events
  • Communicate any employee issues to the Director of Operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 21 years of age
  • Must be willing to work nights
  • Must be ready to lead 10 diverse people with respect to the company and employees needs
  • College degree or 3-5 years of industry or management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proven customer service skills, organizational skills, and the ability to perform independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to multitask and manage assigned projects and daily tasks in an environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to be flexible and accommodating to accomplish tasks when differences arise
  • Ability to work well with others and show leadership skills by leading by example with teamwork
